Jan Tassi Rominger

Jan Tassi Rominger After having grown up in Junior Theatre (1970-1980), Jan went on to graduate from San Diego State University with a degree in Recreation Thearapy. In 1981, Jan was hired by Don Ward as a Teaching Artist at JT before moving on to other children's theaters and professional ventures in Seattle, Phoenix, New Mexico and San Francisco. Jan is currently the Founder and Artistic Director of TheatriKIDS, an educational theater component of Theatrikos Theatre Company in Flagstaff, AZ. Jan moved to Flagstaff seven years ago and started the program with 35 elementary aged students, which has grown every year, with an expected registration this summer of 375 young actors hitting the boards at the Doris Harper-White Community Playhouse.
